On October 12, at 17:05 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Beniamin village: there was a stuck citizen.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out "ZIL" truck (driver N. M. born in 1957) ran off the roadway  and overturned on the 20th km of Gyumri-Yerevan roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the stuck driver had been pulled out by the local forces.

The rescuers blocked off the scene and moved the driver to the ambulance: the casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.
