On August 19, at 10։43 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that car had overturned on Gyumri-Marmashen roadway: smoke was observed and there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "GAZelle" minibus left the roadway and overturned at the 3rd km of Gyumri-Marmashen roadway: there were no sing of fire.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the casualties had been pulled out of the car by the local forces.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, and moved one casualty to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized at a medical center.

One casualty was treated by ambulance personal on the spot.
