On December 9, at 11:31 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Haykavan village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

It turned out that "Audi" (driver E. M.), "PAZ" (driver S. M.) and "GAZel" (driver R. M.) cars collided on Gyumri-Haykavan roadway.
