On November 13, at 18:04 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the bridge in Goravan village: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “VAZ” (driver A. Kh. born in 1980) and “Mercedes-Benz” (driver G. H. born in 1984) cars collided on the right-hand side of the 2nd kilometer of Goravan-Ararat roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the passenger of “VAZ” car A. Kh. had been taken to the medical center.

The rescuers disconcerted the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars, pulled the driver out of "VAZ" and moved to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized at a medical center.
