On October 2, at 08:22 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car and a bus serving route No. 51 had collided on Arin Berd Street of Yerevan city.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Yerevan Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Zhongtong" bus and "Mercedes-Benz" car collided near 81/1 Bagratunyats Avenue: there was a fuel leak from the latter.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, one casualty had been taken to a medical center.

The rescuers carried out washing of the road and blocked off the scene.
