On November 8, at 15։07 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred on Ashtarak highway: the car overturned and there was a casualty. The rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department and the operative group from the Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Mazda" car (driver V. M. born in 1990) ran off the roadway of Ashtarak roadway overpass, crushed into the barrier, fell into "Mercedes-Benz" car (driver S. S., born in 1958) damaging the front part and turn around.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of "Mazda" car had been hospitalized in the medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of “Mazda” car, took cleaning actions of the road and implemented the patrolling.
