On October 31, at 14։16 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Parpi village: a citizen was stuck.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Ford” car and “ZIL” truck (loaded with stones) collided at the 2nd km of Ashtarak-Gyumri roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the passenger of “Ford” car had been taken out of the car by the local forces and hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of “Ford” car.
