On November 4, at 09:35 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Ushi village: there was a stuck citizen.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Range Rover" (driver Sh. S. born in 1995) and "VAZ" (driver H. M. born in 1989)  cars collided on the 10th km of Ashtarak-Aparan roadway: H. M. died on the spot.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the dead body of the driver of "VAZ" car had been pulled out of the car by the local forces, passengers A. L. (born in 1979), K. S. (born in 1982), E. T. (born in 1991) and A A. (born in 1961)., a passenger of "Range Rover" car had been hospitalized in medical centers.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of “VAZ” car and closed the gas valves of the cars.

The rescuers moved the dead body to the mortuary vehicle and implemented the washing activities of the road.
