On November 17, at 22:05 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Artik-Pemzashen roadway: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Recue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "GAZ" (driver A. G. born 1973) and "Opel" (driver A. H. born 2007) cars collided on the 8th km on Artik-Pemzashen roadway․

Before the drivers arrived on the scene the passengers of "GAZ" Z. S. and "Opel" S. N. cars had been hospitalized in the medical centers.

The rescuers pulled the drivers of the cars and the passenger of "GAZ" car R. Sh., moved to the ambulance: the casualties were hospitalized in the medical centers, where the death of A. H.  was pronounced.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars.
