On November 20, at 08։40 information was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the 24th km of Kapan-Tatev roadway near Verin Khotanan village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Toyota" and "Mitsubishi" cars collided.

The rescuers provided the drivers and passengers with necessary assistance on the spot. The casualties were hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the car and closed the gas valve of "Mitsubishi" car, used special tools to separate the cars.
