On December 23, at 10:37 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the bridge in Zod.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" car (driver A. M. born in 1986) crushed into a gas pipeline and overturned.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene passengers M. M. (born in 1950), A. M. (born in 1997) and A. M. (born in 2020) had been taken out of the car and hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected automotive battery and closed the gas cylinder valve of the car, carried out patrolling until the gas emergency service arrived.
