On September 23, at 21։38 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near Paruyr Sevak village on Yerevan-Meghri roadway: there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz " car (driver N. B. born in 1968) and “KamAZ” truck (driver A. B. born in 1968) collided near the 71st km of Yerevan-Meghri roadway. Passenger V. S. (born in 1976) of "Mercedes-Benz " car died.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of "Mercedes-Benz” car, pulled N.B. out of the car and moved to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized to a medical center.

The rescuers pulled V. S.’s dead body out of the car with special equipment and moved to the mortuary vehicle.
