On February 22, at 07։31 information was received to 122 Operative Management Center of the MIA that car accident had occurred near Sasunik settlement: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “VAZ” car ran off the roadway, hit an electric pole and overturned. The driver died on the spot.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, and pulled the driver's dead body out of the car with special equipment and moved to the ambulance.
