On August 31, at 13։59 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Operative Management Center that truck had overturned in the area of a mine in Kajaran town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “BelAZ” truck rolled over about 70 meters onto the bend in the roadway and overturned, as a result the driver died: the rescuers pulled out the driver's dead body out of the car.
