On September 29, at 21։07 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in "Maplar" section of Verin Karmiraghbyur village: a car overturned. There were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "UAZ" car ran off the roadway and rolled over about 200 meters into the gorge. There were casualties.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, and moved two passengers on a stretcher (about 200 meters) to the ambulance.

The casualties were hospitalized at a medical center.
