On March 2, at 10:15 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred on Demirchyan Street in Vanadzor town: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that two “Opel” cars collided. 9 citizens were hospitalized at a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries, closed the gas valves of the cars.
