On January 30, at 23:25 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Halabyan Street in Vanadzor town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that “Hyundai” car (driver A. T. born in 2002) overturned on the roadway: it became a one-way closed.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, blocked off the scene.
