On October 7, at 08:15 information was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Mesrop Mashtots Street in Vagharshapat town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It was found that a "VAZ" car and a "ZIL" truck collided.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of “VAZ” car had been hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of the cars.
