On August 25, at 00:12 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident occurred in the tunnel leading from Khanjyan to Heratsi Streets of Yerevan city: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department, the rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "ZIL" (driver A. H. born in 1996) and "Opel" cars collided. There was a gas leak from "ZIL" car.

The rescuers closed the gas valve of "ZIL" car and pulled the driver of "Opel" car out of the car: the latter was transferred to the medical center.
