On September 20, at 18։33 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Teghut village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" car (driver A. P. born in 1998) ran off the roadway and appeared in the Aghstev river.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver and passenger O. S. (born in 1957) had been hospitalized in a medical center, where the death of the driver was announced and O. S.'s health condition was assessed as serious.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car and closed the gas valve of the car.
