On August 28, at 02։01 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident had occurred near the cemetery of Mrgavan village of Ararat province: there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Opel" car ran off the roadway, crashed into a tree, a gravestone and overturned. The rescuers moved the driver and three passengers to an ambulance. The casualties were hospitalized at a medical center.
