On July 15, at 04:59 information was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that a car accident had occurred on Yerevanyan Street in Masis town: there were casualties. 

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan and Regional Rescue Departments and the rescue group from the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "VAZ" and "Ford" cars collided: the passenger of "VAZ" car died on the spot. The driver and passenger of the "Ford" car were hospitalized at the medical center. 

The rescuers pulled the driver of "VAZ" car out, disconnected the automotive batteries, and closed the gas valves of the cars. The rescuers pulled the dead body of the passenger of "VAZ" car out and moved to the mortuary vehicle.
