On September 2, at 12։44 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred at the beginning of the Barikavan block of Kajaran town: there were casualties. The rescuers' help was needed.

Two fire units from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “BMW” car lost control and appeared upside down in the roadside at the beginning of the Barikavan block. The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car, blocked off the area, pulled the driver and two passengers out of the car and moved to the ambulances.
