On September 23, at 23։44 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Ankakhutyun Street in Ijevan town: there was a casualty. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Mercedes-Benz” and “VAZ” cars ran off the roadway and crashed into trees near a building on Ankakhutyun Street.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, three casualties had been taken to a medical center by the local forces.

The rescuers pulled the driver of “VAZ” car out of the car and moved to the ambulance. The latter was hospitalized at the medical center.
