On October 31, at 15:08 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred at the end of Yerevanyan Street in Ijevan town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Porsche" car (driver T. M. born in 1973) ran off the roadway and crashed into the curbs.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver and passengers H. Ye. (born in 1996), G. Ye. (born in 1970) and Zh. Ye. (born in 1974) had been taken out of the car. G. Ye. was hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconcerted the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, moved Zh. Ye. to an ambulance on the stretcher.
