On August 29, at 08։21 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Balahovit village: there was a stuck citizen. The rescuers' help was needed.

The rescue group of Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of Ra dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "KrAZ" truck (driver A. M. born in 1968) and "VAZ" (driver A. B. born in 1964) car collided: the latter's driver was stuck in the car.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars, closed the gas valve of "VAZ" car, pulled stuck A. B. out and moved to the ambulance, the casualty was hospitalized in a medical center, where his death was announced.
