On October 27, at 17։37 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car had been on fire in Ashtarak town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Mercedes-Benz| and “VAZ” collided near 113 Tigran Mets Street. There was a gas leak from the latter.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of “VAZ” had been hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers blocked off the area, disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars and closed the gas valve of “Mercedes-Benz” car, washed the road and remained on duty until the gas cylinder of “VAZ” was discharged.
