On July 31, at 05:00 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Manukyan Street in Ashtarak town: two cars collided, one of which overturned.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "T-25" tractor and "Opel" car collided․ As a result, the latter overturned. The driver of the "Opel" car was hospitalized at a medical center.

Rescuers righted the overturned car, loaded it onto a tow truck, and carried out road cleaning activities.
