On November 21, at 16:34 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Ashnak village: there was a stuck citizen. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Hover" truck ran off the roadway, overturned and hit a pedestrian in Ashnak village: the latter died on the spot.

The rescuers moved the dead body to the mortuary vehicle, pulled the stuck driver out and moved to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.
