On September 24, at 07:30 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center a car had overturned into the valley near the village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "Mitsubishi" car (driver L. B. born in 1979) ran off the roadway (about 10 meters) and appeared in a ravine at the beginning of Tsilkar village.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver had been hospitalized at a medical center, where the health condition of the casualty was assessed as satisfactory.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and loaded it to the tow truck.
