On June 9, at 00:30 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car accident with fire had occurred in Nor Armavir village of Armavir province: there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Opel Astra” and “VAZ” cars collided at the beginning of Nor Armavir village, then “Opel Zafira” car crashed into the damaged “VAZ” car, ran off the roadway and crashed into a concrete barrier on the roadside. A fire broke out in “Opel Zafira” car and a gas cylinder exploded.

The drivers of the cars, three passengers and one passerby were hospitalized in a medical center.

The fire was localized at 00:49 and extinguished at 01:07. “Opel Zafira” car was burnt.
