On August 23 at 07։48 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred on Armavir-Yerevan roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Ford” and “Opel” cars collided at the 15th km of Armavir-Yerevan roadway. The passenger of the latter died on the spot. 

The rescuers moved six casualties to ambulances, blocked off the scene, disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars and closed the gas valve of “Opel” car, pulled the dead body of the passenger out of the car and moved to the ambulance.
