On October 23, at 08։07 information was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in Apaga village: there was a stuck citizen.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Mercedes-Benz" car ran off the roadway and crashed into an iron barrier on the roadside at the 3rd km of Aparan-Spitak roadway. The driver was hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car, and blocked off the scene.
