On August 27, at 05։08 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred in "Azatapadyom" section of Gavar town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “GAZelle” car ran off the roadway and overturned. The driver and two passengers were stuck in the car.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car and used special equipment to pull the stuck casualties. The latter were hospitalized.
