From 08:00 on January 23 to 08:00 on January 24, the Crisis Management National and Regional Centers of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received emergency calls regarding the stuck vehicles due to heavy snowfall throughout the Republic.

The Rescue Service units in cooperation with the Police Patrol Service, local government representatives and "CHANSHIN" employees pulled stuck 195 vehicles out and provided appropriate assistance to 722 citizens.

The most intensive work was conducted between January 22 and January 24. The rescuers removed stuck 41 trucks, 439 passenger cars and provided appropriate assistance to 1,658 citizens near the crossroads of Shinuhayr village in Syunik provine.
