On January 20, at 16։23 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred at the beginning of Ditavan village: cars collided and there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Lada” and “Nissan” cars collided at the 12th kilometer of the Ijevan-Berd roadway.
The driver of “Lada” car was taken to a medical center by local forces.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of cars, moved the passenger of “Nissan” car to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.
