On January 19, at 18։59 information was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred at the crossroads of Narekatsi and Baghramyan streets in Vanadzor town: there was a stuck citizen.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad and the operative group of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Toyota” and “Lada” cars collided on Naregatsi Street: the driver of the latter was stuck.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the passengers of “Lada” and the driver of “Toyota” had been taken out of the cars and taken to a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries and closed the gas valves of cars, pulled the stuck driver of “Lada” out and moved to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized at the medical center.
