On November 11, the Director of RS- Deputy Minister of IR Kamo Tsutsulyan was on a working visit to Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center. The Director was accompanied by Deputy Director Tigran Petrosyan.

They met with the Director of the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center Alexey Butyrsky and Co-Director Pavel Gyozalyan to discuss action plan for 2025, with special emphasis on the preparation of festive events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Center.

Director highly appreciated the role of the Center in the training of rescuers and the development of professional skills. The Director and Deputy Director of the Rescue Service toured the Center, familiarizing themselves with the educational opportunities and the equipment of the material and technical base.

Kamo Tsutsulyan also visited Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service, observed the service conditions and held a working meeting with the officers.

RS Director gave instructions to the staff, emphasizing that in difficult winter conditions, rescue operations must be organized at the highest possible level, ensuring a quick and highly coordinated response.
