On March 15, at 12։18 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that barn roof had been on fire on Isahakyan Street in Noyemberyan town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 12:47 and extinguished at 12:59. The roof of the barn (about 30 square meters) were burnt.
