On October 2, at 09։41, an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Operative Management Center that rock fragment had broken and fallen onto the roadway on the road leading from Oshakan bends to Dzorak neighborhood, resulting in the roadway was one-way closed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers blocked off the scene and removed the rocks from the roadway using special equipment: the traffic flow was restored.
