On January 3, at 14։08 information was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that rock fall had occurred on Chambarak-Getik roadway, as a result the roadway was one-way closed.

The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that 2.5 cubic meters of rocks fell from a height of about 25 meters near the 14th km of Chambarak-Getik roadway. The rescuers removed the fallen rocks: the traffic flow was restored.
