On January 13, at 21:05 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that rock-fall had occurred near Marmarik reservoir on Hrazdan-Hankavan roadway: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It was found that a rockfall occurred near the 27th km of Hrazdan-Hankavan roadway, making it one-way closed. There were no casualties.

The rescuers removed the rock (about 1 cubic meter) from the roadway: the traffic flow was restored.
