On February 7, at 17:48 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that rock-fall had occurred from nearby hillside near a building on Spandaryan street in Kapan town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched at the scene. 

It turned out that a rock-fall of about 3 cubic meters occurred from the hillside near the building, which damaged the door and front of “VAZ” car.

The rescuers blocked off the scene.
