On December 9, at 17։04 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that rock fall had occurred near Dzork block in Kapan town: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that a rock fall (about 0.5 cubic meters) occurred near Dzork block on the M-2 highway.

The rescuers removed the fallen rocks from the roadway.
