On July 5, at 21:54 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that rock-fall had occurred on Baghramyan Street in Alaverdi town as a result the car was damages and roadway was one-way closed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that rock-fall occurred at the beginning of the Baghramyan block. The rock with a volume of about 0.3 cubic meters fell on the road. “Lada” car collided with the rock.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the passenger had been hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers removed the rock from the road and removed the car from the carriageway. The traffic was restored.
