The Rescue Service informs that some roads are closed in the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress in Aragatsotn province are closed.

The roadway from Noravan to Kapan is closed for vehicles with trailer.

Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailer and difficult to pass for other types of vehicles.

Black-ice is formed on the roadways of Aparan, Aragats, Dilijan, Sevan, Chambarak, Martuni, Gavar, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Nairi, Sisian, Goris, Ashotsk and Amasia regions.

It is snowing in Shirak and Kotayk provinces, in Talin, Aparan, Dilijan and Sevan regions.

We urge drivers to drive exclusively on winter tires.
