The Rescue Service informs that some roads are closed in the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress in Aragatsotn province are closed.

From the crossroads Jermuk-Saravan-"Zanger"-Sisian section (snowstorm), Vardenyats and Keti Passes (snowstorm) are closed for trucks with trailer. 

Black-ice is formed on the roadways of Aparan, Aragats, Sevan, Chambarak, Martuni, Gavar, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Nairi, Goris, Ashotsk, Amasia regions.

It is snowing in Kajaran region and in the section called "Meghru sar".

There is fog on the roadway Yerevan-Artashat.

We urge drivers to drive exclusively on winter tires.
