The Rescue Service informs that roads are mainly passable in the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress in Aragatsotn province are closed.

Gyumri-Bavra roadway (black-ice is formed)) is closed for all types of vehicles, and Vardenyats pass, the crossroads from Jermuk to Syunik province and the roadways of Syunik province - for vehicles with trailer.

The roadways of Gegharkunik province (black-ice is formed) are difficult to pass for all types of vehicles.

It is snowing on the section called Saravan-«Zanger» and in Hrazdan, Charentsavan towns.

There is blizzard on Nigavan-Alagyaz roadway and in Amasia, Ashotsk regions.

We urge drivers to drive exclusively on winter tires.
