The Rescue Service informs that roads are mainly passable in the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress in Aragatsotn province are closed.

The roadway leading to the city of Jermuk is closed for all types of vehicles.

Jermuk-Saravan-Zanger roadway, the section calleds Yeraskh-Zangakatun, Pambak-“Satani Kamurj”, Dilijan, Voskepar, Spitak and Pushkino turns are closed for trucks with trailer.

Vardenyats Pass from Vardanidzor to Kajaran and from Noravan to Zanger roads are closed for trucks with trailer,  difficult to pass for other vehicles.

The roadways of Ararat province difficult to pass.

It is snowing in Gegharkunik, Shirak, Syunik, Tavush, Aragatsotn provinces.

Black ice is formed on the roadway Gegharkunik and Shirak provinces.

We urge drivers to drive exclusively on winter tires.
