The Rescue Service informs that some roads are closed in the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Lake Kari and Amberd fortress in Aragatsotn province and Berd-Chambarak are closed. 

Noravan-Ltsen-Tatev roadway and Dilijan turns are closed for trailer trucks.

Bujakan-Aragyugh roadway and Vardenyats pass are closed for all types of vehicles.

Artik-Maralik, Zangakatun-Yeraskh and Artik-Pemzashen roadways (snowstorm) are difficult to pass.

There is fog in Vedi-Avshar roadway.

Black-ice is formed on roadways of Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Tumanyan, Tashir, Sevan, Chambarak, Martuni, Gavar, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Nairi, Vayk, Sisian, Goris, Ashotsk, Amasia and Vanadzor regions.

It is snowing in Shirak province and in Aparan, Aragats, Tashir, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Sevan, Dilijan, Gavar, Chambarak, Sisian, Goris, Meghri regions.

We urge drivers to drive exclusively on winter tires.
